Enjoy peace of mind from day one with Leapmotor's manufacturer warranty cover, giving you confidence and support from the moment your vehicle is registered or handed over.

• The Leapmotor T03 comes with a 3-year manufacturer warranty providing cover for up to 3 years or 100,000 kilometres (whichever comes first).
• The Leapmotor B10 and C10 fully electric 4 years or 100,000 kilometres of manufacturer warranty cover (whichever comes first). So that you can be assured of warranty cover for whatever Leapmotor vehicle you choose.

• Repair or replacement of faulty mechanical, electrical and electronic components
• All eligible work carried out by Leapmotor Authorized Partners, using approved parts
• No charge to you for eligible warranty repairs

• Normal wear and tear (such as tyres and cosmetic items)
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, overloading or unauthorised modifications
• Issues linked to non-approved parts, accessories or after-market products
• Environmental or external damage (e.g., stone impacts, chemical exposure, weather)
• Noise or vibration that does not affect normal vehicle operation

To keep your vehicle in its best condition, it must be serviced in line with the Leapmotor maintenance schedule, using approved parts and fluids, with complete service records retained. With the right care, your Leapmotor stays protected so you can enjoy every journey with confidence.

High Voltage Battery

Your vehicle's high voltage battery is built for durability and we provide strong warranty support so you can drive with complete peace of mind.

• Cover for 8 years or 150,000 km (for B10) or 160,000 km (for C10 and T03), whichever comes first
• Repair or replacement of any faulty high voltage battery components

If a covered issue arises, we will repair or replace the battery or its components at no cost to you.

Some situations fall outside this warranty:

• Missed servicing: Your vehicle must follow the manufacturer's recommended service schedule
• Normal battery ageing: All rechargeable batteries gradually lose capacity over time. This can be influenced by temperature, driving style, and charging habits

Leapmotor Nepal works with collaboration with Lohum Cleantech as its official battery recycling partner. Lohum responsibly handles used, damaged, and end-of-life lithium-ion batteries, ensuring safe recycling and compliance with international standards. This collaboration ensures safe handling, compliance with international standards, and a sustainable future for electric mobility in Nepal.
