Leapmotor Nepal, in collaboration with Himalayan Everest Insurance Limited (HEI), offers Nepal's longest EV battery warranty program. Designed for confidence and convenience, this program ensures your Leapmotor EV stays protected well beyond the standard coverage period.

• Standard Battery Warranty: 8 years or up to 160,000 kms for C10 and T03, 8 years or up to 150,000 kms for B10
• 3 years Extended Battery Warranty: From years 9 - 11 or up to 220,000 kms for C10 and T03, From years 9 - 11 or up to 210,000 kms for B10
• Insurance-Backed: Administered by HEI, with full reimbursement of approved claims.

• Manufacturing defects in the Traction (High Voltage) Battery Pack.
• Failures not caused by external damage or misuse.

• Normal wear-and-tear items (tires, brake pads, wipers, etc.).
• Routine maintenance and consumables.
• Air conditioning, suspension, steering, brake, and multimedia systems.
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or counterfeit parts.
• Damage from accidents, negligence, extreme temperatures, water immersion, or environmental factors.

• Authorized Service Only: All servicing must be done at Leapmotor's authorized centers.
• Routine Maintenance: Compliance with the manufacturer's service schedule is mandatory.
• Insurance Continuity: Vehicle owners must maintain uninterrupted coverage with HEI's Comprehensive Motor Policy + Extended Warranty Policy from Year 1 through Year 11.
• Proper Use: Annual mileage ≤ 18,000 km; personal use only unless otherwise approved.

The Customer must maintain continuous comprehensive insurance coverage with Himalayan Everest Insurance Ltd. from Year 1 through Year 11. The Customer shall be solely responsible for timely payment of all applicable insurance premiums. Any change of insurer, lapse, or non-renewal shall automatically terminate the extended warranty benefits.

The extended warranty may be transferred to a subsequent owner, provided:

• Comprehensive Insurance continuity with Himalayan Everest Insurance is maintained without interruption.
• Necessary endorsement and documentation are completed with the insurer.
• The insurance policy reflects the legal owner at all times.
• Ownership transfer is registered with Shangrila Motors and HEIL within 30 days.

If your 2024 or newer Leapmotor EV is currently insured with another company and you wish to join the Extended Warranty Program:

• Extended Warranty must be bundled with HEI's Comprehensive Motor Policy - it cannot be issued separately.
• HEI will apply an adjusted premium to account for past years of ownership.
• Continuous coverage with both policies is mandatory until the end of the combined warranty period.
